The contract is worth approximately € 200 million, with construction scheduled to take 50 months.
The residential development stands out for its high-quality architecture and prime location at the intersection of Nowogrodzka and Emilia Plater streets. The architectural concept was developed by Juvenes-Projekt under the direction of Polish architect Jacek Świderski. The renowned Italian design and architecture studio Pininfarina is also involved in the project. In addition to spectacular views across Warsaw, Roma Tower will offer residents an extensive range of leisure and recreational facilities.
Roma Tower is the first residential development in Poland to receive Fitwel certification, which assesses buildings based on their contribution to the health and well-being of their occupants. The project is also targeting BREEAM certification.
