STRABAG SE: Changes in the Management Board

STRABAG SE announces that Alfred Watzl, member of the Management Board for the South + East segment, has declared his resignation from the Management Board in mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board. Alfred Watzl intends to pursue new professional opportunities: "I look back with gratitude on my career at STRABAG and will of course be available to ensure a smooth transition, helping to secure the continued positive development of the segment. I am truly grateful to all colleagues for 26 years of successful collaboration."

Kerstin Gelbmann, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, thanks him on behalf of the Supervisory Board and his fellow board members for his many years of service to the company, including six years as a member of the Management Board, and wishes him great success in his future endeavours.

The Presidential and Nomination Committee has already begun its work to promptly organise the succession.
