First Motel One in Poland developed and completed by STRABAG Real Estate

Warsaw 22 July 2019 STRABAG Real Estate (SRE) has handed over its developed hotel building to hotel operator Motel One GmbH. It is located right in the city center of Warsaw, in Tamka street, opposite the Chopin Museum. 333 state-of-the-art rooms and a spacious interior which is intended to honor Frederik Chopin includes reception and lobby, a lounge and a bar as well as conference rooms with a total usable area of about 10,580 m², all this has been completed in an efficient way during the construction period of two years.
