Statement by Kerstin Gelbmann, Chairwoman of the STRABAG SE Supervisory Board

"Some news are so unbelievable that you can't believe it and don't want to believe it. We received such news yesterday with the sudden death of Klemens Haselsteiner.
On behalf of the Supervisory Board of STRABAG SE, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family. We also extend our sympathy to all STRABAG employees, whom Klemens Haselsteiner regarded as his extended family.
Klemens Haselsteiner's responsibilities will be taken over by the Executive Board, which will ensure the seamless continuation of business operations. They will continue the Strategy 2030 developed with Klemens Haselsteiner with the full support of the Supervisory Board."
